Participation Requirements

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Guests are responsible for disclosing dietary restrictions in advance.
Health & Responsibility Direct Website Bookings
Guests participate voluntarily.
Uncorked Vines is not responsible for:
Personal negligence
Failure to disclose allergies
Alcohol misuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify venues or wines due to:
Seasonal availability
Restaurant operational changes
Force majeure circumstances
Quality and experience level will always be maintained.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience, except where prohibited by law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Uncorked Vines – Barcelona Experiences

1. Direct Website Bookings
For reservations made directly through the Uncorked Vines website:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience are non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed through Stripe using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.
2. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms
For reservations made through:
Viator
GetYourGuide
Bokun (where applicable)
The cancellation terms selected and displayed on the respective platform at the time of booking will apply.
Guests should contact the platform directly to initiate cancellation requests.
3. Private & Corporate Bookings
Private and corporate experiences may be subject to customized cancellation terms agreed upon in writing at the time of booking.
If no custom agreement exists, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
When requested more than 24 hours in advance, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the experience cannot be guaranteed.
5. Force Majeure
Uncorked Vines reserves the right to cancel or modify an experience due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Public safety concerns
Restaurant partner closures
In such cases, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to an alternative date
6. Minimum Guest Requirements
Some experiences may require a minimum number of participants.
If the minimum is not met, guests will be notified in advance and offered:
A full refund, or
